hi all
i got this laal fella from north lakes last week.i've always fancied one of the royal type plecs but they are usually overpriced or look unhealthy.this one is about 2.5" really healthy looking and feeding well.it was listed as l27 all the others in the tank had the usual pin stripe markings but this one had really unusual markings especially on his head.so i will get a proper id done on him to see if it is something else or an unuasually marked l27.

smashing cat dev; is it a panaque? Am I right in thinking these guys get up to 6-8"???
i need to get up to North Lakes for a skizz round soon I reckon... If im lucky might be there this wednesday....

hi craig
yeah it is a panaque sp just a bit unsure which one.think these things get to about 15" eventually.he really is a character.did you manage to get up to north lakes.

was in Penrith on thursday but ended up getting there after 7 so didnt get near north lakes..
have a holiday booked in nov so might try get up then..
